24By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25choosing rather to share ill-treatment with the people of God than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. 26He considered abuse suffered for the Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he looked to the reward.

It was by faith that Moses, when he grew up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. He chose to share the oppression of God’s people instead of enjoying the fleeting pleasures of sin. By faith Moses, when he was grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing instead to be mistreated with the people of God rather than to experience the transitory enjoyment of sin, considering reproach endured for the sake of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking to the reward.

KJV 1900King James Version

By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
