Luke 22:53–54

53 Every day I was with you in the temple courts, and you did not lay a hand on me. But this is your hour—when darkness reigns.”

54 Then seizing him, they led him away and took him into the house of the high priest. Peter followed at a distance.

53 When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.”

54 Then they seized him and led him away, bringing him into the high priest’s house, and Peter was following at a distance.

53 When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

54 Then took they him, and led him, and brought him into the high priest’s house. And Peter followed afar off.

53 Why didn’t you arrest me in the Temple? I was there every day. But this is your moment, the time when the power of darkness reigns.”

54 So they arrested him and led him to the high priest’s home. And Peter followed at a distance.

53 I was with you every day in the Temple, and you didn’t arrest me there. But this is your time—the time when darkness rules.”

54 They arrested Jesus, and led him away, and brought him into the house of the high priest. Peter followed far behind them.

54 And they seized him, and led him away, and brought him into the high priest’s house. But Peter followed afar off.

53 When I was day by day with you in the temple ye did not stretch out your hands against me; but this is your hour and the power of darkness.

54 And having laid hold on him, they led him away, and they led him into the house of the high priest. And Peter followed afar off.

53 I was with you in the temple courtyard every day and you didn’t try to arrest me. But this is your time, when darkness rules.” 

54 So they arrested Jesus and led him away to the chief priest’s house. 

Peter followed at a distance. 

53 Every day while I was with you in the temple complex, you never laid a hand on Me. But this is your hour —and the dominion of darkness.”

54 They seized Him, led Him away, and brought Him into the high priest’s house. Meanwhile Peter was following at a distance.

53 When I was with you day after day in the temple, you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour and the power of darkness!”

54 Then they seized him and led him away, bringing him into the high priest’s house. But Peter was following at a distance.

53 Every day when I was with you in the temple courts, you did not stretch out your hands against me! But this is your hour and the domain of darkness!”

54 And they arrested him and led him away and brought him into the house of the high priest. But Peter was following at a distance.

53 Every day I was with you in the temple courtyard. And you didn’t lay a hand on me. But this is your hour. This is when darkness rules.”

54 Then the men arrested Jesus and led him away. They took him into the high priest’s house. Peter followed from far away.

53 “While I was with you daily in the temple, you did not lay hands on Me; but this hour and the power of darkness are yours.”

54 Having arrested Him, they led Him away and brought Him to the house of the high priest; but Peter was following at a distance.
