1 “At that time,” declares the Lord, “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be my people.”

2 This is what the Lord says:

“The people who survive the sword

will find favor in the wilderness;

I will come to give rest to Israel.”

3 The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:

“I have loved you with an everlasting love;

I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

1 “At that time, declares the Lord, I will be the God of all the clans of Israel, and they shall be my people.”

2 Thus says the Lord:

“The people who survived the sword

found grace in the wilderness;

when Israel sought for rest,

3 the Lord appeared to him from far away.

I have loved you with an everlasting love;

therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

1 At the same time, saith the Lord,

Will I be the God of all the families of Israel,

And they shall be my people.

2 Thus saith the Lord,

The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness;

Even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

3 The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying,

Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love:

Therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

1 “In that day,” says the Lord, “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be my people. 2 This is what the Lord says:

“Those who survive the coming destruction

will find blessings even in the barren land,

for I will give rest to the people of Israel.”

3 Long ago the Lord said to Israel:

“I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love.

With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.

1 The Lord says, “At that time I will be God of all Israel’s family groups, and they will be my people.”

2 This is what the Lord says:

“The people who were not killed by the enemy’s sword

found help in the desert.

I came to give rest to Israel.”

3 And from far away the Lord appeared to his people and said,

“I love you people

with a love that will last forever.

That is why I have continued

showing you kindness.

1 At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people. 2 Thus saith Jehovah, The people that were left of the sword found favor in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest. 3 Jehovah appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

1 At that time, saith Jehovah, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people. 2 Thus saith Jehovah: The people that were left of the sword have found grace in the wilderness, even Israel, when I go to give him rest. 3 Jehovah hath appeared from afar unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee.

2 This is what the Lord says: 

The people who survived the wars have found favor in the desert. 

Israel went to find its rest. 

3 The Lord appeared to me in a faraway place and said, 

“I love you with an everlasting love. 

So I will continue to show you my kindness. 

1 “At that time”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be My people.”

2 This is what the Lord says:

They found favor in the wilderness —

the people who survived the sword.

When Israel went to find rest,

3 the Lord appeared to him from far away.

I have loved you with an everlasting love;

therefore, I have continued to extend faithful love to you.

1 At that time, says the Lord, I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.

2 Thus says the Lord:

The people who survived the sword

found grace in the wilderness;

when Israel sought for rest,

3 the Lord appeared to him from far away.

I have loved you with an everlasting love;

therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

1 “At that time,” declares Yahweh,

“I will be the God of all the clans of Israel,

and they will be to me a people.”

2 Thus says Yahweh:

“The people of the survivors of the sword found grace in the desert;

Israel going to find their rest.”

3 From afar Yahweh appeared to me, saying,

“I have loved you with an everlasting love.

Therefore I have drawn you with loyal love.

1 “At that time I will be the God of all of the tribes of Israel,” announces the Lord. “And they will be my people.”

2 The Lord says,

“Some of my people will live through

everything their enemies do to them.

They will find help in the desert.

I will come to give peace and rest to Israel.”

3 The Lord appeared to us in the past. He said,

“I have loved you with a love that lasts forever.

I have kept on loving you with faithful love.

1 “At that time,” declares the Lord, “I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people.”

2 Thus says the Lord,

“The people who survived the sword

Found grace in the wilderness—

Israel, when it went to find its rest.”

3 The Lord appeared to him from afar, saying,

“I have loved you with an everlasting love;

Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.
