Acts 2:40–47
40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Be saved from this 3perverse generation.” 41 Then those who 4gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. 42 lAnd they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ 5doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and mmany wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 Now all who believed were together, and nhad all things in common, 45 and 6sold their possessions and goods, and odivided 7them among all, as anyone had need.

Acts 2:40–47 — The New International Version (NIV)
40 With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” 41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts.
