8 “Surely the eyes of the Sovereign Lord

are on the sinful kingdom.

I will destroy it

from the face of the earth.

Yet I will not totally destroy

the descendants of Jacob,”

declares the Lord.

9 “For I will give the command,

and I will shake the people of Israel

among all the nations

as grain is shaken in a sieve,

and not a pebble will reach the ground.

8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord God are upon the sinful kingdom,

and I will destroy it from the surface of the ground,

except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,”

declares the Lord.

9 “For behold, I will command,

and shake the house of Israel among all the nations

as one shakes with a sieve,

but no pebble shall fall to the earth.

8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord God are upon the sinful kingdom,

And I will destroy it from off the face of the earth;

Saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the Lord.

9 For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations,

Like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.

8 “I, the Sovereign Lord,

am watching this sinful nation of Israel.

I will destroy it

from the face of the earth.

But I will never completely destroy the family of Israel,”

says the Lord.

9 “For I will give the command

and will shake Israel along with the other nations

as grain is shaken in a sieve,

yet not one true kernel will be lost.

8 I, the Lord God, am watching the sinful kingdom Israel.

I will destroy it

from off the earth,

but I will not completely destroy

Jacob’s descendants,” says the Lord.

9 “I am giving the command

to scatter the nation of Israel among all nations.

It will be like someone shaking grain through a strainer,

but not even a tiny stone falls through.

8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord Jehovah are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; save that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith Jehovah. 9 For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all the nations, like as grain is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least kernel fall upon the earth.

8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord Jehovah are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth: only that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith Jehovah. 9 For behold, I command, and I will shake the house of Israel to and fro among all the nations, like as one shaketh corn in a sieve; yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.

8 I, the Almighty Lord, have my eyes on this sinful kingdom. 

I will wipe it off the face of the earth. 

But I won’t totally destroy the descendants of Jacob, declares the Lord. 

9 I’m going to give the order. 

I will sift the nation of Israel out of all the nations 

as if I were using a sieve. 

Not one pebble will fall to the ground. 

8 Look, the eyes of the Lord God

are on the sinful kingdom,

and I will destroy it

from the face of the earth.

However, I will not totally destroy

the house of Jacob —

this is the Lord’s declaration—

9 for I am about to give the command,

and I will shake the house of Israel

among all the nations,

as one shakes a sieve,

but not a pebble will fall to the ground.

and I will destroy it from the face of the earth

—except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,

says the Lord.

9 For lo, I will command,

and shake the house of Israel among all the nations

as one shakes with a sieve,

but no pebble shall fall to the ground.

8 Look, the eyes of my Lord Yahweh are on the kingdom of sin, and I will destroy it from the surface of the earth. However, I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,” declares Yahweh. 9 “Yes, look, I am going to command and I will shake the house of Israel among all the nations like one who shakes with a sieve, but not a pebble will fall to the ground.

8 “I am the Lord and King.

My eyes are watching the sinful kingdom of Israel.

I will wipe it off the face of the earth.

But I will not totally destroy the people of Jacob,”

announces the Lord.

9 “I will give an order.

I will shake the people of Israel

among all of the nations.

They will be like grain that is shaken through a screen.

Not a pebble will fall to the ground.

8 “Behold, the eyes of the Lord God are on the sinful kingdom,

And I will destroy it from the face of the earth;

Nevertheless, I will not totally destroy the house of Jacob,”

Declares the Lord.

9 “For behold, I am commanding,

And I will shake the house of Israel among all nations

As grain is shaken in a sieve,

But not a kernel will fall to the ground.
