21 He paws in the valley and exults in his strength;

he goes out to meet the weapons.

22 He laughs at fear and is not dismayed;

he does not turn back from the sword.

23 Upon him rattle the quiver,

the flashing spear, and the javelin.

21 He paweth in the valley, and rejoiceth in his strength: He goeth on to meet the armed men. 22 He mocketh at fear, and is not affrighted; Neither turneth he back from the sword. 23 The quiver rattleth against him, The glittering spear and the shield.

21 It paws the earth and rejoices in its strength

when it charges out to battle.

22 It laughs at fear and is unafraid.

It does not run from the sword.

23 The arrows rattle against it,

and the spear and javelin flash.

The glittering spear and javelin.

21 It paws wildly, enjoying its strength,

and charges into battle.

it does not run away from the sword.

23 The bag of arrows rattles against the horse’s side,

along with the flashing spears and swords.
