Psalm 106:1–6 — English Standard Version (ESV)

Praise the Lord!

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,

for his steadfast love endures forever!

Who can utter the mighty deeds of the Lord,

or declare all his praise?

Blessed are they who observe justice,

who do righteousness at all times!

Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people;

help me when you save them,

that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones,

that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation,

that I may glory with your inheritance.

Both we and our fathers have sinned;

we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness.

Psalm 106:1–6 — King James Version (KJV 1900)

Praise ye the Lord.

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good:

For his mercy endureth for ever.

Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord?

Who can shew forth all his praise?

Blessed are they that keep judgment,

And he that doeth righteousness at all times.

Remember me, O Lord, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people:

O visit me with thy salvation;

That I may see the good of thy chosen,

That I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation,

That I may glory with thine inheritance.

We have sinned with our fathers,

We have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — New Living Translation (NLT)

Praise the Lord!

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good!

His faithful love endures forever.

Who can list the glorious miracles of the Lord?

Who can ever praise him enough?

There is joy for those who deal justly with others

and always do what is right.

Remember me, Lord, when you show favor to your people;

come near and rescue me.

Let me share in the prosperity of your chosen ones.

Let me rejoice in the joy of your people;

let me praise you with those who are your heritage.

Like our ancestors, we have sinned.

We have done wrong! We have acted wickedly!

Psalm 106:1–6 — The New King James Version (NKJV)

Praise the Lord!

Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!

For His mercy endures forever.

Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord?

Who can declare all His praise?

Blessed are those who keep justice,

And he who does righteousness at all times!

Remember me, O Lord, with the favor You have toward Your people.

Oh, visit me with Your salvation,

That I may see the benefit of Your chosen ones,

That I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation,

That I may glory with Your inheritance.

We have sinned with our fathers,

We have committed iniquity,

We have done wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — New Century Version (NCV)

Praise the Lord!

Thank the Lord because he is good.

His love continues forever.

No one can tell all the mighty things the Lord has done;

no one can speak all his praise.

Happy are those who do right,

who do what is fair at all times.

Lord, remember me when you are kind to your people;

help me when you save them.

Let me see the good things you do for your chosen people.

Let me be happy along with your happy nation;

let me join your own people in praising you.

We have sinned just as our ancestors did.

We have done wrong; we have done evil.

Psalm 106:1–6 — American Standard Version (ASV)

Praise ye Jehovah.

Oh give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good;

For his lovingkindness endureth for ever.

Who can utter the mighty acts of Jehovah,

Or show forth all his praise?

Blessed are they that keep justice,

And he that doeth righteousness at all times.

Remember me, O Jehovah, with the favor that thou bearest unto thy people;

Oh visit me with thy salvation,

That I may see the prosperity of thy chosen,

That I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation,

That I may glory with thine inheritance.

We have sinned with our fathers,

We have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)

Hallelujah! Give ye thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; for his loving-kindness endureth for ever. Who can utter the mighty acts of Jehovah? who can shew forth all his praise? Blessed are they that keep justice, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. Remember me, O Jehovah, with thy favour toward thy people; visit me with thy salvation: That I may see the prosperity of thy chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the joy of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.

We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)

Hallelujah!

Give thanks to the Lord because he is good,

because his mercy endures forever.

Who can speak about all the mighty things the Lord has done?

Who can announce all the things for which he is worthy of praise?

Blessed are those who defend justice

and do what is right at all times.

Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people.

Come to help me with your salvation

so that I may see the prosperity of your chosen ones,

find joy in our people’s happiness,

and brag with the people who belong to you.

We have sinned, and so did our ancestors.

We have done wrong.

We are guilty.

Psalm 106:1–6 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)

Hallelujah!

Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;

His faithful love endures forever.

Who can declare the Lord’s mighty acts

or proclaim all the praise due Him?

How happy are those who uphold justice,

who practice righteousness at all times.

Remember me, Lord,

when You show favor to Your people.

Come to me with Your salvation

so that I may enjoy the prosperity

of Your chosen ones,

rejoice in the joy of Your nation,

and boast about Your heritage.

Both we and our fathers have sinned;

we have done wrong and have acted wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)

Praise the Lord!

O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;

for his steadfast love endures forever.

Who can utter the mighty doings of the Lord,

or declare all his praise?

Happy are those who observe justice,

who do righteousness at all times.

Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people;

help me when you deliver them;

that I may see the prosperity of your chosen ones,

that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation,

that I may glory in your heritage.

Both we and our ancestors have sinned;

we have committed iniquity, have done wickedly.

Psalm 106:1–6 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)

Praise Yah. Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good,

for his loyal love is forever.

Who can utter the mighty deeds of Yahweh,

or proclaim all his praise?

Blessed are those who observe justice,

he who does righteousness at all times.

Remember me, O Yahweh, when you show favor to your people.

Look after me when you deliver,

that I may see the good done your chosen ones,

to be glad in the joy of your nation,

to glory together with your inheritance.

We have sinned along with our ancestors.

We have committed iniquity; we have incurred guilt.

Psalm 106:1–6 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)

Praise the Lord.

Give thanks to the Lord, because he is good.

His faithful love continues forever.

Who can speak enough about the mighty acts of the Lord?

Who can praise him as much as he should be praised?

Blessed are those who always do what is fair.

Blessed are those who keep doing what is right.

Lord, remember me when you show favor to your people.

Help me when you save them.

Then I will enjoy the good things you give your chosen ones.

I will be joyful together with your people.

I will join them when they praise you.

We have sinned, just as our people of long ago did.

We too have done what is evil and wrong.

Psalm 106:1–6 — New American Standard Bible: 1995 Update (NASB95)

Praise the Lord!

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;

For His lovingkindness is everlasting.

Who can speak of the mighty deeds of the Lord,

Or can show forth all His praise?

How blessed are those who keep justice,

Who practice righteousness at all times!

Remember me, O Lord, in Your favor toward Your people;

Visit me with Your salvation,

That I may see the prosperity of Your chosen ones,

That I may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation,

That I may glory with Your inheritance.

We have sinned like our fathers,

We have committed iniquity, we have behaved wickedly.
