James 4:6

6God continues to give us more grace. That’s why Scripture says,

“God opposes those who are proud.

But he gives grace to those who are not.” (Proverbs 3:34)

But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says:

“God opposes the proud

but shows favor to the humble.”
