^7:8For everyone who asks¹¹ receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

11 The actions of asking, seeking, and knocking are repeated here from v. 7 with the encouragement that God does respond.

For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.

For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
