14:13He must then slaughter26 the male lamb in the place where27 the sin offering28 and the burnt offering29 are slaughtered,30 in the sanctuary, because, like the sin offering, the guilt offering belongs to the priest;31 it is most holy.

Milgrom, Leviticus [], 1:).
