45When Moses finished speaking these words to all Israel, 46he said to them: “Pay careful attention to all the words I have said to you today, and command your children to obey carefully everything in these teachings. 47These should not be unimportant words for you, but rather they mean life for you! By these words you will live a long time in the land you are crossing the Jordan River to take as your own.”

And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel: And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
