27 and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.

28 Later, knowing that everything had now been finished, and so that Scripture would be fulfilled, Jesus said, “I am thirsty.”

27 Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.

28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all was now finished, said (to fulfill the Scripture), “I thirst.”

27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

27 And he said to this disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from then on this disciple took her into his home.

28 Jesus knew that his mission was now finished, and to fulfill Scripture he said, “I am thirsty.”

27 Then he said to the follower, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, the follower took her to live in his home.

28 After this, Jesus knew that everything had been done. So that the Scripture would come true, he said, “I am thirsty.”

27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold, thy mother! And from that hour the disciple took her unto his own home.

28 After this Jesus, knowing that all things are now finished, that the scripture might be accomplished, saith, I thirst.

27 Then he says unto the disciple, Behold thy mother. And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home. 28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now finished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, says, I thirst.

27 Then he said to the disciple, “Look, here’s your mother!” 

From that time on she lived with that disciple in his home. 

28 After this, when Jesus knew that everything had now been finished, he said, “I’m thirsty.” He said this so that Scripture could finally be concluded. 

27 Then He said to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

28 After this, when Jesus knew that everything was now accomplished that the Scripture might be fulfilled, He said, “I’m thirsty!”

27 Then he said to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his own home.

28 Later Jesus said, “I am thirsty.” He knew that everything was now finished. He knew that what Scripture said must come true.
