Deuteronomy 22:11–13

11 Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

12 Make tassels on the four corners of the cloak you wear.

13 If a man takes a wife and, after sleeping with her, dislikes her

11 You shall not wear cloth of wool and linen mixed together.

12 “You shall make yourself tassels on the four corners of the garment with which you cover yourself.

13 “If any man takes a wife and goes in to her and then hates her

11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together. 12 Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

11 “You must not wear clothing made of wool and linen woven together.

12 “You must put four tassels on the hem of the cloak with which you cover yourself—on the front, back, and sides.

13 “Suppose a man marries a woman, but after sleeping with her, he turns against her

11 “You shall not wear a garment of different sorts, such as wool and linen mixed together.

12 “You shall make tassels on the four corners of the clothing with which you cover yourself.

13 “If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, and detests her,

11 Don’t wear clothes made of wool and linen woven together.

12 Tie several pieces of thread together; then put these tassels on the four corners of your coat.

13 If a man marries a girl and has sexual relations with her but then decides he does not like her,

11 Thou shalt not wear a mingled stuff, wool and linen together.

12 Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four borders of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself. 13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of mixed material, woven of wool and linen together. 12 Tassels shalt thou make thee on the four corners of thy clothing, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

13 If a man take a wife, and go in unto her and hate her,

11 Never wear clothes made of wool and linen woven together. 

12 Make tassels on the four corners of the shawl you wear over your clothes. 

13 A man might marry a woman, sleep with her, and decide he doesn’t like her.

11 Do not wear clothes made of both wool and linen. 12 Make tassels on the four corners of the outer garment you wear.

13 “If a man marries a woman, has sexual relations with her, and comes to hate her,

11 “You shall not wear clothes made of wool and linen woven together.

12 “You shall make tassels on the four corners of the cloak with which you cover yourself.

13 “Suppose a man marries a woman but after going in to her dislikes her

11 “You shall not wear woven material made of wool and linen mixed together.

12 “You shall make tassels for yourselves on the four corners of your clothing with which you cover yourself.

13 “If a man takes a woman and he has sex with her, but he then dislikes her,

11 Don’t wear clothes made of wool and linen that are woven together.

12 Make tassels on the four corners of the coat you wear.

13 Suppose a man gets married to a woman and makes love to her. But then he doesn’t like her.
