The Future of Bible Study Is Here.
Romans 10:8
8 But what does it say? “aThe word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
Romans 10:8 — The New International Version (NIV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim:
Romans 10:8 — English Standard Version (ESV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim);
Romans 10:8 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
Romans 10:8 — New Living Translation (NLT)
8 In fact, it says,
“The message is very close at hand;
it is on your lips and in your heart.”
And that message is the very message about faith that we preach:
Romans 10:8 — The New King James Version (NKJV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
Romans 10:8 — New Century Version (NCV)
8 This is what the Scripture says: “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart.” That is the teaching of faith that we are telling.
Romans 10:8 — American Standard Version (ASV)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:
Romans 10:8 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)
8 But what says it? The word is near thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:
Romans 10:8 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
8 However, what else does it say? “This message is near you. It’s in your mouth and in your heart.” This is the message of faith that we spread.
Romans 10:8 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
8 On the contrary, what does it say? The message is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. This is the message of faith that we proclaim:
Romans 10:8 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
8 But what does it say?
“The word is near you,
on your lips and in your heart”
(that is, the word of faith that we proclaim);
Romans 10:8 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near to you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim),
Romans 10:8 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you. It’s in your mouth and in your heart.” That means the word we are preaching. You must put your faith in it.
