Leviticus 8:5–9
5 Moses said to the congregation, “This is the thing which the Lord has commanded to do.”
6 Then aMoses had Aaron and his sons come near and bwashed them with water.
7 He aput the tunic on him and girded him with the sash, and clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him; and he girded him with the artistic band of the ephod, 1with which he tied it to him.
8 He then placed the 1breastpiece on him, and in the 1breastpiece he put 2athe Urim and the Thummim.
9 He also placed the turban on his head, and on the turban, at its front, he placed athe golden plate, the holy crown, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Leviticus 8:5–9 — The New International Version (NIV)
5 Moses said to the assembly, “This is what the Lord has commanded to be done.” 6 Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons forward and washed them with water. 7 He put the tunic on Aaron, tied the sash around him, clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him. He also fastened the ephod with a decorative waistband, which he tied around him. 8 He placed the breastpiece on him and put the Urim and Thummim in the breastpiece. 9 Then he placed the turban on Aaron’s head and set the gold plate, the sacred emblem, on the front of it, as the Lord commanded Moses.

He put the linen apron on him. He took the skillfully made waistband and tied the apron on him with it. He wanted to make sure it was securely tied to him.
8 Moses placed the chest cloth on Aaron. He put the Urim and Thummim in the chest cloth. 9 Then he placed the turban on Aaron’s head. On the front of the turban he put the gold plate. It was a sacred crown. Moses did everything just as the Lord had commanded him.
