Isaiah 32:3–4

3 Then athe eyes of those who see will not be 1blinded,

And the ears of those who hear will listen.

4 The 1mind of the ahasty will discern the 2truth,

And the tongue of the stammerers will hasten to speak clearly.

Isaiah 32:3–4 — The New International Version (NIV)

Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,

and the ears of those who hear will listen.

The fearful heart will know and understand,

and the stammering tongue will be fluent and clear.
