Exodus 24:10–11

10 and athey saw the God of Israel; and under His feet 1bthere appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, 2as clear as the sky itself.

11 Yet He did not stretch out His hand against the nobles of the sons of Israel; and athey saw God, and they ate and drank.

Exodus 24:10–11 — The New International Version (NIV)

10 and saw the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli, as bright blue as the sky. 11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw God, and they ate and drank.
