10Yahweh anullifies the counsel of the nations;
He frustrates the thoughts of the peoples.
11The acounsel of Yahweh stands forever,
The bthoughts of His heart from generation to generation.
12Blessed is the anation whose God is Yahweh,
The people whom He has bchosen for His own inheritance.
13Yahweh alooks from heaven;
He bsees all the sons of men;
14From athe place of His habitation He gazes
On all the inhabitants of the earth,
15He who aforms 1the hearts of them all,
He who bunderstands all their works.
