23 And Uzziah slept with his ancestors,n and they buried him with his ancestorso in the burial field which belonged to the kings, because, they said, “He was leprous.” And Jotham his son reigned in his place.

The Reign of Jotham

27 Jotham was twenty-five years olda when he became king, and he reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem. And the name of his mother was Jerusha the daughter of Zadok.

23 Uzziah rested with his ancestors and was buried near them in a cemetery that belonged to the kings, for people said, “He had leprosy.” And Jotham his son succeeded him as king.

Jotham was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. His mother’s name was Jerusha daughter of Zadok.
