Leviticus 23:8–9

8 And you shall present an offering for Yahweh made by fire for seven days; on the seventh day there shall be a holy assembly; you shall not do ⌊any regular work⌋.’ ”f

The Feast of Firstfruits

9 Theng Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

8 For seven days present a food offering to the Lord. And on the seventh day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.’ ”

9 The Lord said to Moses,
