2 Chronicles 26:6–8

And he went out and made war against the Philistines, and he broke down the wall of Gath and the wall of Jabneh and the wall of Ashdod, and he built cities in Ashdod and among the Philistines. And God helped him against the Philistines and against the Arabs who were living in Gur-Baal and Meunim. And the Ammonites gave tribute to Uzziah, and his famef went out to the boundaryg of Egypt, for he became very strong.h

2 Chronicles 26:6–8 — The New International Version (NIV)

He went to war against the Philistines and broke down the walls of Gath, Jabneh and Ashdod. He then rebuilt towns near Ashdod and elsewhere among the Philistines. God helped him against the Philistines and against the Arabs who lived in Gur Baal and against the Meunites. The Ammonites brought tribute to Uzziah, and his fame spread as far as the border of Egypt, because he had become very powerful.
