Zechariah 2:5–7

5 And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will be its glory within.’

6 “Come! Come! Flee from the land of the north,” declares the Lord, “for I have scattered you to the four winds of heaven,” declares the Lord.

7 “Come, Zion! Escape, you who live in Daughter Babylon!”

5 And I will be to her a wall of fire all around, declares the Lord, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

6 Up! Up! Flee from the land of the north, declares the Lord. For I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, declares the Lord. 7 Up! Escape to Zion, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.

5 Then I, myself, will be a protective wall of fire around Jerusalem, says the Lord. And I will be the glory inside the city!’ ”

6 The Lord says, “Come away! Flee from Babylon in the land of the north, for I have scattered you to the four winds. 7 Come away, people of Zion, you who are exiled in Babylon!”

5 For I,’ says the Lord, ‘will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

6 “Up, up! Flee from the land of the north,” says the Lord; “for I have spread you abroad like the four winds of heaven,” says the Lord. 7 “Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.”

5 I will be a wall of fire around it,’ says the Lord. ‘And I will be the glory within it.’

6 “Oh no! Oh no! Run away from Babylon, because I have scattered you like the four winds of heaven,” says the Lord.

7 “Oh no, Jerusalem! Escape, you who live right in Babylon.”

5 For I, saith Jehovah, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.

6 Ho, ho, flee from the land of the north, saith Jehovah; for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, saith Jehovah. 7 Ho Zion, escape, thou that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.

5 and I, saith Jehovah, I will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

6 Ho, ho! flee from the land of the north, saith Jehovah; for I have scattered you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, saith Jehovah. 7 Ho! escape, Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.

5 I will be a wall of fire around it, declares the Lord. I will be the glory within it.’ 

6 “Hurry, hurry! Flee from the land of the north, declares the Lord. I’ve scattered you to the four winds of heaven. 7 Hurry, Zion! Escape, you inhabitants of Babylon!

5 The declaration of the Lord: “I will be a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory within it.”

6 “Get up! Leave the land of the north” —this is the Lord’s declaration—“for I have scattered you like the four winds of heaven”—this is the Lord’s declaration. 7 “Go, Zion! Escape, you who are living with Daughter Babylon.”

5 For I will be a wall of fire all around it, says the Lord, and I will be the glory within it.”

6 Up, up! Flee from the land of the north, says the Lord, for I have spread you abroad like the four winds of heaven, says the Lord. 7 Up! Escape to Zion, you who live with daughter Babylon.

5 And I will be for it a wall of fire all around,’ declares Yahweh, ‘and I will be the glory in its midst.’ ”

6 “Woe! Woe! Flee from the land of the north,” declares Yahweh, “for I have scattered you like the four winds of the heavens,” declares Yahweh. 7 “Woe, Zion! Escape, you inhabitants of the daughter of Babylon!”

5 And I myself will be like a wall of fire around it,’ announces the Lord. ‘I will be the city’s glory.’ ”

6 “Israel, I have scattered you in all four directions,” announces the Lord. “Come quickly! Run away from the land of the north,” announces the Lord.

7 “Come, people of Zion who are in Babylonia! Escape, you who live in the city of Babylon!”

5 ‘For I,’ declares the Lord, ‘will be a wall of fire around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

6 “Ho there! Flee from the land of the north,” declares the Lord, “for I have dispersed you as the four winds of the heavens,” declares the Lord.

7 “Ho, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon.”
