Zechariah 14:16–17
16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations
nWhich came against Jerusalem
wShall even go up xfrom year to year
To worship ythe King, the Lord of hosts,
And zto keep athe feast of tabernacles.
17 And it shall be, bthat whoso will not come up
Of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem

Zechariah 14:16–17 — The New International Version (NIV)
16 Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. 17 If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain.
