Romans 5:1–11

Therefore abeing justified by faith, we have bpeace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also cwe have access by faith into this grace dwherein we stand, and erejoice in hope of the glory of God. fAnd not only so, but gwe eglory in tribulations also: hknowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, iexperience; and iexperience, hope: And jhope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God kis shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, ||in due time lChrist died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God mcommendeth nhis love toward us, in that, owhile we were yet sinners, lChrist died for us. Much more then, being now justified oby his blood, pwe shall be saved from wrath through him. 10 For if, qwhen we were enemies, rwe were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by shis life. 11 fAnd not only so, but we also ejoy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the ||atonement.
