Matthew 28:13–18
13 Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. 14 And if this come to the wgovernor’s ears, we will xpersuade him, and secure you. 15 So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is ycommonly reported among the Jews zuntil this day.
16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain awhere Jesus had bappointed them. 17 And when they saw him, they qworshipped him: but csome ddoubted. 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, eAll power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.” 15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. Their story spread widely among the Jews, and they still tell it today.
16 Then the eleven disciples left for Galilee, going to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him—but some of them doubted!
18 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.
