Leviticus 24:16–17
16 And he that pblasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he pblasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death. 17 qAnd he that †killeth any man shall surely be put to death.

Leviticus 24:16–17 — The New International Version (NIV)
16 anyone who blasphemes the name of the Lord is to be put to death. The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
17 “ ‘Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.
