Leviticus 16:32–33
32 And the priest, mwhom he shall anoint, and whom he shall †consecrate nto minister in the priest’s office in his father’s stead, shall make the atonement, and oshall put on the linen clothes, even the holy garments: 33 And he shall make an atonement for pthe holy sanctuary, and he shall make an atonement for pthe tabernacle of the congregation, and for qthe altar, and he shall make an atonement for rthe priests, and for sall the people of the congregation.

Leviticus 16:32–33 — The New International Version (NIV)
32 The priest who is anointed and ordained to succeed his father as high priest is to make atonement. He is to put on the sacred linen garments 33 and make atonement for the Most Holy Place, for the tent of meeting and the altar, and for the priests and all the members of the community.
