Ezekiel 43:20–21
20 And wthou shalt take of the blood thereof, and wput it on mthe four horns of it, and on the four corners of xthe settle, and upon gythe border round about: thus zshalt thou cleanse and zzpurge it. 21 Thou shalt take vthe bullock also of the sin offering, and he ashall burn it in bthe appointed place of the house, awithout the sanctuary.

Ezekiel 43:20–21 — New International Version (2011) (NIV)
20 You are to take some of its blood and put it on the four horns of the altar and on the four corners of the upper ledge and all around the rim, and so purify the altar and make atonement for it. 21 You are to take the bull for the sin offering and burn it in the designated part of the temple area outside the sanctuary.
