1 aIt is a good thing to bgive thanks unto the Lord,
And to bsing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy clovingkindness in the morning,
And cthy faithfulness †every night,
3 dUpon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the bdpsaltery;
