Daniel 8:14–15

14 And he said unto me, uUnto two thousand and three hundred days; uthen shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

15 And it came to pass, when I, even I Daniel, had seen the vision, and vsought for the meaning, then, behold, there stood before me was the appearance of a man.

Daniel 8:14–15 — The New International Version (NIV)

14 He said to me, “It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be reconsecrated.”

15 While I, Daniel, was watching the vision and trying to understand it, there before me stood one who looked like a man.
