Acts 7:20–23

20 In which time xMoses was born, and was ||exceeding yfair, and nourished up in his father’s house three months: 21 And zwhen he was cast out, Pharaoh’s daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son. 22 And Moses was learned in all athe wisdom of the Egyptians, and was bmighty in words and in deeds. 23 And when he was full forty years old, cit came into his heart dto visit his brethren the children of Israel.

For three months he was cared for by his family. 21 When he was placed outside, Pharaoh’s daughter took him and brought him up as her own son. 22 Moses was educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful in speech and action.

23 “When Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his own people, the Israelites.
