35kAnd Jesus went about all the cities and villages, lteaching in their synagogues, and preaching the lgospel of the kingdom, and lhealing every sickness and every disease among the people. 36But mwhen he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they ||fainted, and were nscattered abroad, oas sheep having no shepherd. 37Then saith he unto his disciples, pThe harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38qPray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will rsend forth labourers into his harvest.

10And awhen he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power ||against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. 2bNow the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, cwho is called Peter, and dAndrew his brother; eJames the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; 3Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and fMatthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; 4Simon gthe Canaanite, and Judas hIscariot, who also betrayed him.
