Numbers 9:14–15

14 And if a stranger sojourns among you and would keep the Passover to the Lord, according to the statute of the Passover and according to its rule, so shall he do. qYou shall have one statute, both for the sojourner and for the native.”

The Cloud Covering the Tabernacle

15 rOn the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony. And sat evening it was over the tabernacle like the appearance of fire until morning.

Numbers 9:14–15 — The New International Version (NIV)

14 “ ‘A foreigner residing among you is also to celebrate the Lord’s Passover in accordance with its rules and regulations. You must have the same regulations for both the foreigner and the native-born.’ ”

15 On the day the tabernacle, the tent of the covenant law, was set up, the cloud covered it. From evening till morning the cloud above the tabernacle looked like fire.
