Matthew 6:8–11 — The New International Version (NIV)

Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

This, then, is how you should pray:

“ ‘Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name,

10 your kingdom come,

your will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.

11 Give us today our daily bread.

Matthew 6:8–11 — King James Version (KJV 1900)

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. After this manner therefore pray ye:

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread.

Matthew 6:8–11 — New Living Translation (NLT)

Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him! Pray like this:

Our Father in heaven,

may your name be kept holy.

10 May your Kingdom come soon.

as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:8–11 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)

Be not ye therefore like them, for your Father knows of what things ye have need before ye beg anything of him.

Thus therefore pray ye: Our Father who art in the heavens, let thy name be sanctified, 10 let thy kingdom come, let thy will be done as in heaven so upon the earth; 11 give us to-day our needed bread,
