4 “I have sinned,” he said, “for I have betrayed innocent blood.”

“What is that to us?” they replied. “That’s your responsibility.”

4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

4 “I have sinned,” he declared, “for I have betrayed an innocent man.”

“What do we care?” they retorted. “That’s your problem.”

4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.”

And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!”

4 saying, “I sinned; I handed over to you an innocent man.”

The leaders answered, “What is that to us? That’s your problem, not ours.”

4 saying, I have sinned in that I betrayed innocent blood. But they said, What is that to us? see thou to it.

4 saying, I have sinned in having delivered up guiltless blood. But they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

4 He said, “I’ve sinned by betraying an innocent man.” 

They replied, “What do we care? That’s your problem.” 

4 “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood,” he said.

“What’s that to us?” they said. “See to it yourself!”

4 He said, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? See to it yourself.”

4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood!” But they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!”

4 “I have sinned,” he said. “I handed over a man who is not guilty.”

“What do we care?” they replied. “That’s your problem.”
