Matthew 27:26–27

26 Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company of soldiers around him.

26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.

26 So Pilate released Barabbas to them. He ordered Jesus flogged with a lead-tipped whip, then turned him over to the Roman soldiers to be crucified.

27 Some of the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into their headquarters and called out the entire regiment.

26 Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered Him to be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole garrison around Him.

26 Then he set Barabbas free. But Jesus was beaten with whips and handed over to the soldiers to be crucified.

27 The governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the governor’s palace, and they all gathered around him.

26 Then released he unto them Barabbas; but Jesus he scourged and delivered to be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the Praetorium, and gathered unto him the whole band.

26 Then he released to them Barabbas; but Jesus, having scourged him, he delivered up that he might be crucified. 27 Then the soldiers of the governor, having taken Jesus with them to the praetorium, gathered against him the whole band,

26 Then Pilate freed Barabbas for the people. But he had Jesus whipped and handed over to be crucified. 

27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the palace and gathered the whole troop around him.

26 Then he released Barabbas to them. But after having Jesus flogged, he handed Him over to be crucified.

27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into headquarters and gathered the whole company around Him.

26 So he released Barabbas for them, and after flogging Jesus he handed him over to be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the governor’s headquarters, and they gathered the whole cohort around him.

26 Then he released Barabbas for them, but after he had Jesus flogged, he handed him over so that he could be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the governor’s residence and gathered the whole cohort to him.

26 Pilate let Barabbas go free. But he had Jesus whipped. Then he handed him over to be nailed to a cross.

27 The governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the palace, which was called the Praetorium. All the rest of the soldiers gathered around him.

26 Then he released Barabbas for them; but after having Jesus scourged, he handed Him over to be crucified.

27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole Roman cohort around Him.
