Jesus Anointed at Bethany

vNow when Jesus was at wBethany in the house of Simon the leper,1 a woman came up to him with an alabaster flask of very expensive ointment, and she poured it on his head as he reclined at table.

While Jesus was in Bethany in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table.
