46 “It is written,” he said to them, “ ‘My house will be a house of prayer’; but you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’”

46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

46 He told them, “It is written that the Lord said, ‘My house will be a house where people can pray.’ But you have made it a ‘den for robbers.’ ”
