Leviticus 23:30–31

30 I will destroy from among their people anyone who does any work on that day. 31 You shall do no work at all. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people. 31 Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

30 And I will destroy anyone among you who does any work on that day. 31 You must not do any work at all! This is a permanent law for you, and it must be observed from generation to generation wherever you live.

30 And any person who does any work on that same day, that person I will destroy from among his people. 31 You shall do no manner of work; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

30 If anyone works on this day, I will destroy that person from among the people. 31 You must not do any work at all; this law will continue for people from now on wherever you live.

30 I will kill those who do any work on that day. 31 Don’t do any work. It is a permanent law for generations to come wherever you live.

30 As for any person who does any work on this very same day, I will exterminate that person from the midst of his people. 31 You must not do any work; it is a lasting statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

30 I will destroy anyone among your people who does any work on that day. 31 You must not do any work at all. That is a law that will last for all time to come. It applies no matter where you live.

30 “As for any person who does any work on this same day, that person I will destroy from among his people.

31 “You shall do no work at all. It is to be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwelling places.
