Leviticus 18:20–21

20 “ ‘Do not have sexual relations with your neighbor’s wife and defile yourself with her.

21 “ ‘Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.

20 Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour’s wife, to defile thyself with her. 21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord.

20 “Do not defile yourself by having sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife.

21 “Do not permit any of your children to be offered as a sacrifice to Molech, for you must not bring shame on the name of your God. I am the Lord.

21 “ ‘You must not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molech, because this would show that you do not respect your God. I am the Lord.

20 And thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor’s wife, to defile thyself with her. 21 And thou shalt not give any of thy seed to make them pass through the fire to Molech; neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah.

20 And thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour’s wife, to become unclean with her. 21 And thou shalt not give of thy seed to let them pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am Jehovah.

20 Never have sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife and become unclean with her. 21 Never give your children as sacrifices to the god Molech ⸤by burning them alive⸥. If you do, you are dishonoring the name of your God. I am the Lord.

21 “You are not to make any of your children pass through the fire to Molech. Do not profane the name of your God; I am Yahweh.

20 And you must not have sex with your fellow citizen’s wife, becoming unclean with her.

21 “ ‘And you shall not give any of your offspring in order to sacrifice them to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God; I am Yahweh.

20 “ ‘Do not have sex with your neighbor’s wife. That would make you “unclean.”

21 “ ‘Do not hand over any of your children to be sacrificed to the god Molech. That would be treating my name as if it were not holy. I am the Lord your God.

20 ‘You shall not have intercourse with your neighbor’s wife, to be defiled with her.

21 ‘You shall not give any of your offspring to offer them to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God; I am the Lord.
