5 They will ask the way to Zion

and turn their faces toward it.

They will come and bind themselves to the Lord

in an everlasting covenant

that will not be forgotten.

5 They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying,

Come, and let us join ourselves to the Lord

In a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.

5 They will ask the way to Jerusalem

and will start back home again.

They will bind themselves to the Lord

with an eternal covenant that will never be forgotten.

5 They shall ask the way to Zion,

With their faces toward it, saying,

‘Come and let us join ourselves to the Lord

In a perpetual covenant

That will not be forgotten.’

5 Those people will ask how to go to Jerusalem

and will start in that direction.

They will come and join themselves to the Lord.

They will make an agreement with him that will last forever,

an agreement that will never be forgotten.

5 They shall inquire concerning Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come ye, and join yourselves to Jehovah in an everlasting covenant that shall not be forgotten.

5 They shall inquire concerning Zion, with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to Jehovah, in an everlasting covenant that shall not be forgotten.

5 They will ask which road goes to Zion and turn in that direction. 

They will go there to make a permanent agreement with the Lord. 

It will not be forgotten. 

5 They will ask about Zion,

turning their faces to this road.

They will come and join themselves to the Lord

in an everlasting covenant that will never be forgotten.

5 They shall ask the way to Zion, with faces turned toward it, and they shall come and join themselves to the Lord by an everlasting covenant that will never be forgotten.

5 They will ask the way to Zion,

turning their faces there.

They will come and join themselves to Yahweh

by an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.

5 They will ask how to get to Zion.

Then they will turn their faces toward it.

They will come and join themselves to me.

They will enter into the covenant I make with them.

It will last forever.

It will never be forgotten.

5 “They will ask for the way to Zion, turning their faces in its direction; they will come that they may join themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.
