2 This is what the Lord Almighty says: “These people say, ‘The time has not yet come to rebuild the Lord’s house.’ ”

3 Then the word of the Lord came through the prophet Haggai:

2 Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built. 3 Then came the word of the Lord by Haggai the prophet, saying,

2 “This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: The people are saying, ‘The time has not yet come to rebuild the house of the Lord.’ ”

3 Then the Lord sent this message through the prophet Haggai:

2 “Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying: ‘This people says, “The time has not come, the time that the Lord’s house should be built.” ’ ”

3 Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,

2 “This is what the Lord All-Powerful says: ‘The people say the right time has not come to rebuild the Temple of the Lord.’ ”

3 Then Haggai the prophet spoke the word of the Lord:

2 Thus speaketh Jehovah of hosts, saying, This people say, It is not the time for us to come, the time for Jehovah’s house to be built. 3 Then came the word of Jehovah by Haggai the prophet, saying,

2 Thus speaketh Jehovah of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that Jehovah’s house should be built. 3 And the word of Jehovah came by Haggai the prophet, saying,

2 “This is what the Lord of Armies says: These people say it’s not the right time to rebuild the house of the Lord.” 

3 Then the Lord spoke his word through the prophet Haggai. He said,

2 “The Lord of Hosts says this: These people say: The time has not come for the house of the Lord to be rebuilt.”

3 The word of the Lord came through Haggai the prophet:

2 Thus says the Lord of hosts: These people say the time has not yet come to rebuild the Lord’s house. 3 Then the word of the Lord came by the prophet Haggai, saying:

2 “Thus says Yahweh of hosts: ‘This people says, “The time has not come to rebuild the temple of Yahweh.’ ” 3 And the word of Yahweh came through Haggai the prophet, saying,

2 The Lord who rules over all says, “The people of Judah are saying, ‘The time hasn’t come yet for the Lord’s temple to be rebuilt.’ ”

3 So the message came to me from the Lord. He said,

2 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘This people says, “The time has not come, even the time for the house of the Lord to be rebuilt.” ’ ”

3 Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,
