Ezekiel 33:17–20 — The New International Version (NIV)
17 “Yet your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ But it is their way that is not just. 18 If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, they will die for it. 19 And if a wicked person turns away from their wickedness and does what is just and right, they will live by doing so. 20 Yet you Israelites say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ But I will judge each of you according to your own ways.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. 18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby. 19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby. 20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — New Living Translation (NLT)
17 “Your people are saying, ‘The Lord isn’t doing what’s right,’ but it is they who are not doing what’s right. 18 For again I say, when righteous people turn away from their righteous behavior and turn to evil, they will die. 19 But if wicked people turn from their wickedness and do what is just and right, they will live. 20 O people of Israel, you are saying, ‘The Lord isn’t doing what’s right.’ But I judge each of you according to your deeds.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — The New King James Version (NKJV)
17 “Yet the children of your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ But it is their way which is not fair! 18 When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die because of it. 19 But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it. 20 Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his own ways.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — New Century Version (NCV)
17 “Your people say: ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ But it is their own ways that are not fair. 18 When the good people stop doing good and do evil, they will die for their evil. 19 But when the wicked stop doing evil and do what is right and fair, they will live. 20 You still say: ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ Israel, I will judge all of you by your own ways.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — American Standard Version (ASV)
17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. 18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die therein. 19 And when the wicked turneth from his wickedness, and doeth that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby. 20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)
17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. 18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and doeth what is wrong, then he shall die therein. 19 And when the wicked turneth from his wickedness, and doeth judgment and justice, he shall live for these things. 20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways.
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
17 “But your people say, ‘The Lord’s way is unfair.’ Yet, their ways are unfair. 18 If the righteous person turns from the right things that he has done and does evil, he will die because of it. 19 If the wicked person turns from his wickedness and does what is fair and right, he will live because of it. 20 Yet, the people of Israel say, ‘The Lord’s way is unfair.’ I will judge each of you by your own ways, people of Israel.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
17 “But your people say, ‘The Lord’s way isn’t fair,’ even though it is their own way that isn’t fair. 18 When a righteous person turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he will die on account of this. 19 But if a wicked person turns from his wickedness and does what is just and right, he will live because of this. 20 Yet you say, ‘The Lord’s way isn’t fair.’ I will judge each of you according to his ways, house of Israel.”
Ezekiel 33:17–20 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)

Ezekiel 33:17–20 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)
