only he can save me.

1 Upon God alone doth my soul rest peacefully; from him is my salvation.

1 My soul waits calmly for God alone. 

My salvation comes from him. 

1 I am at rest in God alone;

my salvation comes from Him.

1 For God alone my soul waits in silence;

from him comes my salvation.

1 Only for God my soul waits in silence.

From him is my salvation.

1 I find my rest in God alone.

He is the One who saves me.
