“In that day,” declares the Lord,

“I will gather the lame;

I will assemble the exiles

and those I have brought to grief.

I will make the lame my remnant,

those driven away a strong nation.

The Lord will rule over them in Mount Zion

from that day and forever.

As for you, watchtower of the flock,

stronghold of Daughter Zion,

the former dominion will be restored to you;

kingship will come to Daughter Jerusalem.”

Micah 4:6–8 — King James Version (KJV 1900)

In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth,

And I will gather her that is driven out,

And her that I have afflicted;

And I will make her that halted a remnant,

And her that was cast far off a strong nation:

And the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion

From henceforth, even for ever.

And thou, O tower of the flock,

The strong hold of the daughter of Zion,

Unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion;

The kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.

Micah 4:6–8 — New Living Translation (NLT)

“In that coming day,” says the Lord,

“I will gather together those who are lame,

those who have been exiles,

and those whom I have filled with grief.

Those who are weak will survive as a remnant;

those who were exiles will become a strong nation.

Then I, the Lord, will rule from Jerusalem

as their king forever.”

As for you, Jerusalem,

the citadel of God’s people,

your royal might and power

will come back to you again.

The kingship will be restored

to my precious Jerusalem.

“I will assemble the lame,

I will gather the outcast

And those whom I have afflicted;

I will make the lame a remnant,

And the outcast a strong nation;

So the Lord will reign over them in Mount Zion

From now on, even forever.

And you, O tower of the flock,

The stronghold of the daughter of Zion,

To you shall it come,

Even the former dominion shall come,

The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.”

Micah 4:6–8 — New Century Version (NCV)

The Lord says, “At that time,

I will gather the crippled;

I will bring together those who were sent away,

I will keep alive those who were crippled,

and I will make a strong nation of those who were sent away.

The Lord will be their king in Mount Zion from now on and forever.

And you, watchtower of the flocks, hill of Jerusalem,

to you will come the kingdom as in the past.

Jerusalem, the right to rule will come again to you.”

Micah 4:6–8 — American Standard Version (ASV)

In that day, saith Jehovah, will I assemble that which is lame, and I will gather that which is driven away, and that which I have afflicted; and I will make that which was lame a remnant, and that which was cast far off a strong nation: and Jehovah will reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth even for ever. and Yahweh will reign over them on Mount Zion

from now to forever.

And you, O Migdal-Eder,

hill of the daughter of Zion,

I will make those who were driven away from their homes a strong nation.

I will rule over them on Mount Zion.

I will be their King from that time on and forever.

Jerusalem, you used to be

like a guard tower for my flock.

City of Zion, you used to be

a place of safety for my people.

The glorious kingdom you had before

will be given back to you.

Once again a king will rule over your people.”
