12 He asked, ‘How did you get in here without wedding clothes, friend?’ The man was speechless.

12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

12 ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how is it that you are here without wedding clothes?’ But the man had no reply.

12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless.

12 The king said, ‘Friend, how were you allowed to come in here? You are not dressed for a wedding.’ But the man said nothing.

12 and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding-garment? And he was speechless.

12 And he says to him, My friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.

12 He said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without proper wedding clothes?’ 

“The man had nothing to say.

12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man was speechless.

12 and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding robe?’ And he was speechless.

12 And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here, not having wedding clothes?’ But he could say nothing.

12 ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man couldn’t think of anything to say.

12 and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless.
