49 “Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.”

50 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.”

49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. 50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.

49 John said to Jesus, “Master, we saw someone using your name to cast out demons, but we told him to stop because he isn’t in our group.”

50 But Jesus said, “Don’t stop him! Anyone who is not against you is for you.”

49 Now John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow with us.”

50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not forbid him, for he who is not against us is on our side.”

49 John answered, “Master, we saw someone using your name to force demons out of people. We told him to stop, because he does not belong to our group.”

50 But Jesus said to him, “Don’t stop him, because whoever is not against you is for you.”

49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out demons in thy name; and we forbade him, because he followeth not with us. 50 But Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against you is for you.

49 And John answering said, Master, we saw some one casting out demons in thy name, and we forbad him, because he follows not with us. 50 And Jesus said to him, Forbid him not, for he that is not against you is for you.

49 John replied, “Master, we saw someone forcing demons out of a person by using the power and authority of your name. We tried to stop him because he was not one of us.” 

50 Jesus said to him, “Don’t stop him! Whoever isn’t against you is for you.” 

49 John responded, “Master, we saw someone driving out demons in Your name, and we tried to stop him because he does not follow us.”

50 “Don’t stop him,” Jesus told him, “because whoever is not against you is for you.”

49 John answered, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he does not follow with us.” 50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not stop him; for whoever is not against you is for you.”

49 And John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone expelling demons in your name, and we tried to prevent him, because he does not follow in company with us.” 50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not prevent him, because whoever is not against you is for you.”

49 “Master,” said John, “we saw a man driving out demons in your name. We tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.”

50 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said. “Anyone who is not against you is for you.”

49 John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name; and we tried to prevent him because he does not follow along with us.”

50 But Jesus said to him, “Do not hinder him; for he who is not against you is for you.”
