1 When he had finished praying, Jesus left with his disciples and crossed the Kidron Valley. On the other side there was a garden, and he and his disciples went into it.

2 Now Judas, who betrayed him, knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with his disciples.

1 When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples. 2 And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples.

1 After saying these things, Jesus crossed the Kidron Valley with his disciples and entered a grove of olive trees. 2 Judas, the betrayer, knew this place, because Jesus had often gone there with his disciples.

2 Judas knew where this place was, because Jesus met there often with his followers. Judas was the one who turned against Jesus.

2 Judas knew the place. He was going to hand Jesus over to his enemies. Jesus had often met in that place with his disciples.

2 Now Judas also, who was betraying Him, knew the place, for Jesus had often met there with His disciples.
