Jeremiah 41:3–4

3 Ishmael also killed all the men of Judah who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah, as well as the Babylonian soldiers who were there.

4 The day after Gedaliah’s assassination, before anyone knew about it,

3 Ishmael also slew all the Jews that were with him, even with Gedaliah, at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans that were found there, and the men of war.

4 And it came to pass the second day after he had slain Gedaliah, and no man knew it,

3 Ishmael also killed all the Judeans and the Babylonian soldiers who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah.

4 The next day, before anyone had heard about Gedaliah’s murder,

3 Ishmael also struck down all the Jews who were with him, that is, with Gedaliah at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans who were found there, the men of war.

4 And it happened, on the second day after he had killed Gedaliah, when as yet no one knew it,

3 Ishmael also killed all the Jews and the Babylonian soldiers who were there with Gedaliah at Mizpah.

4 The day after Gedaliah was murdered, before anyone knew about it,

3 Ishmael also slew all the Jews that were with him, to wit, with Gedaliah, at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans that were found there, the men of war.

4 And it came to pass the second day after he had slain Gedaliah, and no man knew it,

3 And Ishmael smote all the Jews that were with him, with Gedaliah, at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans that were found there, the men of war. 4 And it came to pass the second day after he had killed Gedaliah, and no man knew it,

3 Ishmael also killed all the Jews who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah as well as the Babylonian soldiers that he found there. 

4 The day after the murder of Gedaliah, before anyone knew about it,

3 Ishmael also struck down all the Judeans who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah, as well as the Chaldean soldiers who were there.

4 On the second day after he had killed Gedaliah, when no one knew yet,

3 Ishmael also killed all the Judeans who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah and the Chaldean soldiers who happened to be there.

4 On the day after the murder of Gedaliah, before anyone knew of it,

3 Then Ishmael killed all the Judeans who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah, along with the Chaldeans who were found there, the soldiers.

4 And then on the second day of the killing of Gedaliah—and no one knew—

3 Ishmael also killed all of the Jews who were with Gedaliah at Mizpah. And he killed the Babylonian soldiers who were there.

4 On the next day, people still hadn’t found out that Gedaliah had been murdered.

3 Ishmael also struck down all the Jews who were with him, that is with Gedaliah at Mizpah, and the Chaldeans who were found there, the men of war.

4 Now it happened on the next day after the killing of Gedaliah, when no one knew about it,
