The Future of Bible Study Is Here.
Isaiah 30:11–12
11 leave the way, turn aside from the path,
let us hear no more about the Holy One of Israel.”
12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel,
“Because you despise this word
and trust in hoppression and perverseness
and rely on them,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — The New International Version (NIV)
11 Leave this way,
get off this path,
and stop confronting us
with the Holy One of Israel!”
12 Therefore this is what the Holy One of Israel says:
“Because you have rejected this message,
relied on oppression
and depended on deceit,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — King James Version (KJV 1900)
11 Get you out of the way,
Turn aside out of the path,
Cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel,
Because ye despise this word,
And trust in oppression and perverseness,
And stay thereon:
Isaiah 30:11–12 — New Living Translation (NLT)
11 Forget all this gloom.
Get off your narrow path.
Stop telling us about your
‘Holy One of Israel.’ ”
12 This is the reply of the Holy One of Israel:
“Because you despise what I tell you
and trust instead in oppression and lies,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — The New King James Version (NKJV)
11 Get out of the way,
Turn aside from the path,
Cause the Holy One of Israel
To cease from before us.”
12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel:
“Because you despise this word,
And trust in oppression and perversity,
And rely on them,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — New Century Version (NCV)
11 Stop blocking our path.
Get out of our way.
Stop telling us
about God, the Holy One of Israel.”
12 So this is what the Holy One of Israel says:
“You people have refused to accept this message
and have depended on cruelty and lies to help you.
Isaiah 30:11–12 — American Standard Version (ASV)
11 get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us. 12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and rely thereon;
Isaiah 30:11–12 — 1890 Darby Bible (DARBY)
11 get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us! 12 Therefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel: Because ye reject this word, and confide in oppression and wilfulness, and depend thereon,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — GOD’S WORD Translation (GW)
11 Get out of our way! Stop blocking our path!
Get the Holy One of Israel out of our sight.’ ”
12 This is what the Holy One of Israel says:
You have rejected this warning,
trusted oppression and deceit,
and leaned on them.
Isaiah 30:11–12 — The Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
11 Get out of the way!
Leave the pathway.
Rid us of the Holy One of Israel.”
12 Therefore the Holy One of Israel says:
“Because you have rejected this message
and have trusted in oppression and deceit,
and have depended on them,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
11 leave the way, turn aside from the path,
let us hear no more about the Holy One of Israel.”
12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel:
Because you reject this word,
and put your trust in oppression and deceit,
and rely on them;
Isaiah 30:11–12 — The Lexham English Bible (LEB)
11 turn aside from the way, turn aside from the path,
put an end to the holy one of Israel from our face.”
12 Therefore the holy one of Israel says this:
“Because you are rejecting this word
and you trust in oppression and cunning
and you rely on it,
Isaiah 30:11–12 — New International Reader’s Version (1998) (NIrV)
11 Get out of our way!
Get off our path!
Keep the Holy One of Israel away from us!’ ”
12 So the Holy One of Israel speaks. He says,
“You have turned your backs on what I have said.
You have depended on telling people lies.
You have crushed others.
Isaiah 30:11–12 — New American Standard Bible (1995) (NASB95)
11 “Get out of the way, turn aside from the path,
Let us hear no more about the Holy One of Israel.”
12 Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel,
“Since you have rejected this word
And have put your trust in oppression and guile, and have relied on them,
